Alright, Brats. I’m not gone do too much talking in this one. This is all about action. If you’re here, you’re probably a chronic overfunctioner just like me, so taking action should excite you. Unless you just so happen to be taking action to put to rest the very thing that is causing the problem, your nervous system. Then, it may trigger some cognitive dissonance.
This challenge is for the ones who don’t know how to sit the fuck down even when their body is begging. The ones who hold it all together. The ones who “just do it themselves.” The ones who don’t look exhausted but be dying inside.
For the next 5 days, you will have to slow down and sit with yourself for a minute. You will have to do some things that are uncomfortable for you, like asking for help, or allowing yourself to receive some support. My only piece of advice is this = DO IT UNCOMFORTABLE. THE ONLY WAY OUT IS THROUGH.
If your chest ain’t tight when you’re fighting for your life, breaking cycles, changing your patterns and your default programming, the work ain’t working.
I put these tools together to get you out of survival mode and back into your body. I tried to make it as short, sweet, and simple, and I possibly could on purpose.
You don’t need another long to-do list. You need to unlearn why you even feel safest doing too much.
